It guides us to a place of understanding while keeping us grounded during difficult times. It is a calming stone, that reduces anger and promotes positivity by changing our negative behavioral patterns.
Lava Stone is also beneficial when solving problems and will assist us in doing so calmly and logically. Because of the strong connection with the earth, wearing lava stones grounds us, keeping us humble and peaceful.
